EPCOT Flower & Garden Foodie Favorites

Spring at Walt Disney World means one thing for food lovers — the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is back, and 2026 is shaping up to be a true foodie festival.

La Vie en Rose Frozen Slush: Vodka, Grey Goose L’Orange Vodka, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, and white and red cranberry juices

From fresh flavors to returning fan favorites, this seasonal celebration combines beautiful gardens, outdoor kitchens, and a snack-around-the-World-Showcase experience that is hard to beat. If you’re visiting EPCOT between March 4 and June 1, here’s what needs to be on your must-try list.

These dishes are why Flower & Garden has quietly become one of the best culinary festivals of the year. The flavors feel lighter and fresher than fall festivals, and the variety makes it easy for everyone in your group to find something they love.

New Bites I’m Excited to Try in 2026

This year’s menu additions have me especially excited. A few standouts already on my list:

  • Blackened Fish Slider with fried green tomato and Cajun rémoulade

  • Tuna Poke Bowl

  • Mickey-shaped Lemon-Violet Macaron

  • French Toast

  • Cinnamon Beignets

  • Frozen Peach Cobbler

  • Zwiebelkuchen mit Spargel

Between sweet, savory, and international flavors, this lineup is looking strong. Whether you’re craving seafood, something indulgent, or a creative dessert, 2026 has a little bit of everything.

Don’t Skip the Garden Graze

Avocado Toast

with Marinated Tomatoes featuring Boursin® Dairy-Free Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese on Toasted Ciabatta (Plant-based) (Garden Graze item)

$6.49

Pick up a Festival Passport when you enter EPCOT and start snacking your way through the Garden Graze. Purchase any 5 qualifying Garden Graze menu items, collect a stamp for each one, and once you have all 5, bring your passport to Pineapple Promenade near Port of Entry to redeem your festival treat.

If you love a food challenge, the Garden Graze is a must. This festival food stroll allows guests to purchase select menu items, collect stamps in their festival passport, and redeem them for a specialty treat once completed.

It’s a fun way to sample multiple booths and try items you might not normally order — and it adds a little extra magic to your snack strategy.

Why Flower & Garden Is a Must-Visit

Beyond the food, EPCOT transforms during Flower & Garden. Topiaries, fresh blooms, and outdoor kitchens scattered around World Showcase create an atmosphere that feels relaxed, colorful, and uniquely springtime.

If you’re planning a 2026 Walt Disney World vacation, this is one of the best seasonal events to build your trip around — especially if you consider yourself a foodie.
